Ford is to roll out a network of PartsPlus Centres in Italy following the success of the business in the UK.

The UK network has grown to 60 outlets since it was launched by the Blue Oval in 2018 with centres supplying garages, bodyshops, parts dealers and fleets with Ford parts.

PartsPlus offers nationwide promotions and pricing, OE parts, technical assistance and daily delivery,

PartsPlus customers also have access to non-Ford vehicle parts through its Omnicraft range.

Alessio Franco, PartsPlus director in Italy, said: “In the United Kingdom, PartsPlus is already up and running and is going from strength to strength with 60 Centres providing an excellent service to its customers.”

Ford said the use of new technologies by PartsPlus, such as mobile scanners had improved process efficiency and customers satisfaction levels in the UK. These will also be adopted in Italy.
