The Scorpio Rising singer – who showed off her rock climbing skills last month – looked casual as she browsed in an antique shop called Brass Monkey and also visited Zombie’s Voodoo Shop where they do Tarot readings and sell a variety of Voodoo souvenirs.
The Bandaid singer wore a hole-filled, oversized Dinosaur Jr t-shirt, cut-off daisy duke shorts and a pair of Dr Martens. She wore large sunglasses on her face.
She accessorized with a jade pendant necklace and some Hindu/Buddhist/Sikh Rudraksha seed prayer beads.
When she arrived at the House of Blues, she was with an unidentified male friend. The pair were asked for their tickets to the show when they got to the door as security didn’t know who she was.
Voodoo vibes: Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson, 24, did a little souvenir shopping in New Orleans on Thursday ahead of her show opening for the Silversun Pickups at the House of Blues
The Undone singer is opening for the Silversun Pickups tour through March 9.
After the show, Paris visited New Orleans’ famous ice-cream and cake shop Sucre. She also bought more souvenirs.
This week, Paris Jackson released what has been described as an emotional new single called Bandaid.
Last month, Paris showed off her impressive strength on Instagram.
She could be seen climbing an expert rock climbing wall inside a gym in two clips shared to her Instagram Story.
In a second video the model scaled another wall as You’re the First, the Last, My Everything by Barry White played out.
Paris’ social media activity comes hours after it was reported that Michael Jackson’s estate is nearing a sale of his iconic music catalog in the $800 to $900million range.
A report from Variety claimed Sony and an unknown financial partner are negotiating for 50% of the catalog and other projects such as the MJ: The Musical and the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic.

Mistake identity: When she arrived at the House of Blues for her performance, security didn’t recognize her and asked her for her ticket to the show
If the deal goes through, it would be the largest amount of money ever spent on a music catalog.
Speaking of the biopic, Paris’ cousin Jaafar Jackson is set to play the King of Pop in an upcoming biopic called Michael, according to Deadline.
Jaafar is the son of Jermaine Jackson, brother of Michael and a member of The Jackson 5. The 26-year-old has been singing and dancing since the age of 12, following in the footsteps of his famous family.
The biopic, which will be directed by Antoine Fuqua for Lionsgate, will be produced by GK Films and also John Branca and John McClain, who are co-executors of Michael Jackson’s estate.
Jaafar shared his gratitude at getting the role via his Twitter account, along with a black and white photo of himself dressed like his famous late uncle.
Jaafar wrote: ‘I’m humbled and honored to bring my Uncle Michael’s story to life. To all the fans all over the world, I’ll see you soon.’
Michael died in 2009 at age 50, due to a cocktail of sedatives leading to a cardiac arrest. Paris is one of Jackson’s three children.
The King of Pop also had two sons, Prince, 26, and Bigi, 21.
